Excellent doctor, competent and very friendly. Furthermore, the practice is extremely well-organized. You rarely have to wait more than 15-30 minutes.

Fortunately, I rarely have to see the doctor. When I do, I like to take my time and pay attention to what's going on in the waiting room. How do the nurses interact with the patients? What do I see of their daily workload? You get plenty of both at Dr. P. Lohse's practice. And I respectfully take off my hat to the consistent friendliness, despite the enormous potential for disruption from the doorbell, the telephone, and the normal flow of patients with questions, explanations, etc. The staff treats not only each other with respect, but also everyone who comes into the practice. It's a pleasant atmosphere where jokes and laughter are shared in a completely natural way. I experienced the same thing time and again with Dr. P. Lohse, who is able to ask questions, listen, and speak to me as a patient in a "human" way. A thoughtful and pleasant experience that has helped me gain trust in the otherwise rather closed medical world. Many thanks to the entire team. Your kindness is penetrating, genuine, and comforting. Thank you.

I've been a patient there for a very long time. So far, there haven't been any problems. Friendly contact/reception. The treatment is always very professional; above all, they take their time for the patient. I see no reason to switch.

Friendly and competent. At least, that's my subjective impression of Dr. Lohse and the practice staff. So far, I've always been easy to reach by phone. Free parking is available on the curb in front of the practice.

It's a good feeling to have a family doctor again as my first point of contact for my health problems. I can only say thank you for being taken on by Dr. Lohse. She patiently listened to my medical history, which was quite extensive. Dr. Lohse takes ample time, explains the necessary treatment, and also the expected effects of any prescribed medications. As a patient, I can always contribute my opinion during the consultation. The nurses are always friendly, and the registration process is very quick. Even after that, you experience a competent and well-coordinated team. If you have booked an appointment in advance, the waiting time is reasonable. I feel well cared for and in good hands at Dr. Lohse's practice!

I'm extremely satisfied with the doctor's office. You can also express your own wishes and aren't immediately dismissed as "Dr. Google." Problems and concerns are always taken seriously, and all diagnostic possibilities are explored. What I'm currently struggling with (or rather, what always annoys me) is the appointment and medication ordering system. The requirement to enter your birthdate when ordering medication is particularly awful and definitely needs to be changed. Otherwise, I think the idea behind it is fantastic.

My family doctor was on vacation and the doctor's office was closed in the afternoon. So I took a chance and went to Dr. Lohse. It was my first time there and I was completely satisfied. The receptionist and the doctor were very friendly and competent. I gladly give it 5 stars 🌟 …
